Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be adjusted. Out of respect for my time and other clients waiting for sessions, please review the following cancellation policy:
Client Cancellations
- 48+ hours’ notice:
You may receive a full refund or full credit toward a future session.
- 24–48 hours’ notice:
You may receive a 50% refund or 50% credit toward a future session.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show:
No refund or credit will be issued. The full session fee is forfeited.
If I Need to Cancel
- If I ever need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule, along with my sincere apology for any inconvenience.
Emergencies
- I recognize that true emergencies can arise unexpectedly (e.g., sudden illness, accident, family emergency). In those rare cases—on either side—decisions about refunds or rescheduling will be made at my discretion, based on the situation. Each case will be documented and handled with compassion and fairness.
Rare Exceptions
- Exceptions are rare and reserved for legitimate emergencies only. Frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows will not be considered emergencies and will be treated according to the standard policy above.
Late Arrivals:
- We understand delays can happen. However, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. We may decide to treat tardiness as a late cancellation and apply the applicable fee. This ensures we can provide the best service to you and our other clients.
Repeat Offenders-To maintain fairness and accountability:
- After two no-shows, continued scheduling will require prepayment of a 3-session package to continue working together.
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this cancellation policy.
Booking Deposit
- For certain high-value services, we may require a deposit at the time of booking. We apply this deposit to your service total or refund it in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Refunds:
- If you are not completely satisfied with your Reiki session, reading, or mentorship session simply notify Dee Dee Zubal within the first 10 minutes, and you'll receive a full refund-no questions asked. Your experience satisfaction are my top priorities.
- There is a 100% refund for all certification programs within the first 7 days.
- There are no refunds for all pre-recorded programs and masterclasses.
Cancellation fees and deposits are non-refundable except in the case of DeeDeeZubal.com -initiated cancellations (or qualifying exceptions as determined by management).
